My client is hiring a Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in their Dublin office. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and act as the first point of contact for queries.
- Manage customer accounts, process requests, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team.
- Handle correspondence (phone, email, and in person) in a professional manner.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience (administration background a strong advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
