    My client is hiring a Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in their Dublin office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven background in customer service who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver excellent customer service and act as the first point of contact for queries.
    • Manage customer accounts, process requests, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Provide administrative support to the wider team.
    • Handle correspondence (phone, email, and in person) in a professional manner.
    • Ensure high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience (administration background a strong advantage).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT systems.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
