We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the Insurance industry who is hiring for a Personal Lines Client Advisor who will be joining their Motor Team.
This is an excellent role for a candidate with a strong background in the motor industry that is looking for a new challenge and has already secured their APA or CIP. You will be a point of contact for incoming queries through email and phone. This is a permanent position with a base in Dublin City Centre and offers a fantastic working environment.
Location: Dublin City Centre – Hybrid Working Model
Type: Permanent
Salary: €30k – €40k
Key Responsibilities:
- Handing incoming queries from customers via phone and email
- Processing client renewals and handling mid-term adjustments
- Some outbound calls to customers to confirm renewals
- Lead generation from existing customer base
- Ensuring a strict compliance with regulatory and risk control requirements
- Adhoc support to other teams as required
Key Requirements:
- Minimum APA (Personal General)
- Minimum two years personal line experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
