A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Executive Assistant to join a prestigious executive search firm in their Dublin office.
In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level support, managing all aspects of administration, client management and search execution. This is a high-responsibility position requiring professionalism, discretion and diplomacy at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple time zones.
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing consultant expenses.
- Preparing and formatting complex documents to tight deadlines.
- Maintaining and updating the in-house database with precision and accuracy.
- Leading and supporting project management activities to ensure timely delivery, coordinating teams and resources effectively.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Solid Executive Assistant experience – ideally gained within executive search, private equity or management consultancy.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and a polished communication style.
- A proactive, positive and flexible approach to problem-solving
- Team-player mentality, with a strong client-service focus and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with confidence and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, alongside fast and accurate typing skills.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn internal systems for project and database management.
