Senior Recruiter

    Salary: €50k – €70k

    I’m delighted to be partnering with a fantastic client in Dublin City who are searching for a talented Senior Recruiter to join their team on a 6-month contract. it’s an exciting opportunity to step into a position where you’ll have true ownership, make a visible impact, and work closely with international teams across EMEA.

    The Role:
    As the lead recruiter for EMEA, you will:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical and corporate roles.
    • Proactively source and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels.
    • Build and maintain pipelines to meet current and future business needs.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to advise on best hiring practices.
    • Lead offer management, negotiations, and smooth onboarding handovers.
    • Ensure all processes are compliant with local employment regulations.
    • Contribute to employer branding efforts in the European market.

    About You:

    • 5+ years’ recruitment experience, with strong exposure to tech hiring.
    • Track record of filling roles across multiple European markets.
    • Strong sourcing skills with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Able to balance both technical and non-technical hiring.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
    • Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
