With strong investor support and a growing national footprint, we’re scaling rapidly and looking for an experienced operational leader to help us take the business to the next level.
The Opportunity:
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you’ll play a central role in driving operational excellence, efficiency, and growth. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead all day-to-day operations – from engineering and procurement to project delivery and safety – ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded, strategic operator who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and optimise operations across solar, biomass, wind, and heat pump projects.
- Build on existing systems and processes to support national growth.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance across all projects.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team.
- Drive safety, sustainability, and operational excellence as core company values.
- Work closely with the CEO and investors on strategy, performance, and expansion.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years in a senior operations or general management role in renewable energy, construction, or engineering.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Solid understanding of Irish construction and renewable energy standards.
- A collaborative leadership style and passion for sustainability and innovation.
