A prestigious international law firm with a rapidly expanding presence in Ireland is seeking a Junior Corporate Partner to join its dynamic and growing legal corporate team. This position is ideal for an ambitious corporate lawyer currently operating at the junior partner level in a leading Irish or UK law firm, who is looking to step into a more entrepreneurial and forward-thinking environment. While a portable book of business would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.
- Support the growth of the corporate practice in Ireland, working closely with other service lines and jurisdictions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and play an active role in business development initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Collaborate with international colleagues across the global legal network to deliver seamless, cross-border advice.
Candidate Profile:
- Currently a Junior Corporate Partner at a recognised commercial law firm.
- Strong track record advising clients on high-value corporate transactions.
- Excellent client management and business development skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across service lines and borders.
- A book of business is beneficial but not essential-strategic fit, ambition, and capability are key.
- Irish-qualified or dual-qualified lawyers preferred; relocation support may be considered for exceptional candidates.
