    Order Management Administrator

    Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Order Management Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced team operating within a highly regulated environment.

    This role focuses on ensuring the accurate control, processing, and tracking of high-volume technical and operational documentation, with an emphasis on order flow, compliance, and coordination. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and teamwork.

    Contract Details

    • Duration: 6-month initial contract (strong potential for extension)
    • Salary: €35,000-€37,000 per annum

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the end-to-end documentation and order management process, ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory standards
    • Log, track, and process orders through internal systems and workflows
    • Verify that all documentation is complete, accurate, and formatted in line with internal SOPs and external requirements
    • Liaise with internal teams to gather and finalise documentation for processing
    • Coordinate the flow of orders and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
    • Maintain order and documentation tracking metrics to support reporting and transparency
    • Assist with audit preparation by ensuring all records are traceable and easily accessible
    • Promote consistency and accuracy across all documentation inputs
    • Provide cross-functional administrative support under the direction of team leads and managers

    About You

    • 2-3 years of experience in order management, documentation control, or a coordination-focused administrative role
    • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, packaging, or engineering environment is a strong advantage
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
    • High attention to detail with a process-driven and compliance-focused mindset
    • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently or within a team
