Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to support increased operational demand over the busy seasonal period. This short-term position involves assisting with the efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods to meet daily targets. This role is short term until December 23rd.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Load and unload deliveries using safe manual handling techniques.
- Sort, label, and organise stock within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all site health & safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily KPIs.
- Operate warehouse equipment where trained (e.g., pallet trucks, scanners).
