We’re looking for a people-focused, commercially driven Team Lead to guide a team of Consultants and help grow a client base. If you’ve got experience in the property sector (or similar) and a talent for building strong relationships, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching and motivating a high-performing team.
- Acting as the senior contact for corporate clients and ensuring a smooth relocation journey.
- Building strong connections with agents, landlords and local suppliers while staying on top of Cork property trends.
- Driving business development through networking, proposals and identifying growth opportunities.
- Overseeing operations, processes, KPIs and continuous improvements.
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years’ leadership experience
- Proven ability to win new business or grow existing accounts.
- Strong client relationship management skills and a customer-first approach.
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in pricing and proposals.
- A hands-on attitude and comfort in a fast-moving environment.
Essential Requirements
- Full clean driving licence
- Strong knowledge of Cork and surrounding areas
