Mocha Beans is a locally loved, independent coffee shop passionate about great coffee, warm service, and creating a welcoming space for everyone. We roast our own beans and take pride in every cup we serve.
Your Role:
As a barista at Mocha Beans, you’ll be the face of our shop — greeting customers, preparing high-quality drinks, and keeping the shop clean and friendly.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare coffee and other beverages to company standards
- Create excellent latte art consistently
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Keep the counter, equipment, and service area clean and tidy
- Restock items and follow opening/closing procedures
- Assist with simple food prep when needed
- Handle and manage cash-up procedures

- Strong communication skills
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays
- No Sunday or bank holiday availability required
