Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of detailed cost estimates for tender and live projects
Measurement and take-offs from drawings and specifications
Assessment and comparison of subcontractor and supplier tenders
Liaison with design teams, commercial managers, and procurement
Identification of value engineering opportunities and cost risks
Support tender submissions from pre-construction through to award
Requirements:
Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Proven experience as an Estimator with a main contractor (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing
Excellent numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and teamwork skills
