We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Administrator (German & English) to join our team in Dublin City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working with international clients and delivering outstanding service in both German and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online channels in both German and English.
- Manage customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the client experience.
- Support additional administrative and operational duties as required.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (administration background an advantage).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
