Clerical officer Dual Location

    Location: Cork City

    Job Type: Temporary

    Salary: €30k – €40k

    We’re currently recruiting for a role based in Glanmire with one day a week travel to Mallow, this role will involve joining a busy medical teams in multiple cork locations. This is a full-time contract position ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, Tech savy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Role Details:

    • Location: Multiple locations surrounding Cork City and Suburbs
    • Start Date: Ideally immediate or within 1 week
    • Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
    • Job Type: Full-time contract 3 months temporary initially

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the team
    • Manage incoming communications – phone, post, and email
    • Process and file documentation accurately, in line with GDPR and internal policies
    • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage room bookings
    • Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
    • Prepare letters, reports, and other documentation as needed
    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
    • Support front desk operations including visitor management
    • Carry out additional tasks as required by management

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
    • Clear and professional communication skills – both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
