    We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organised professional to provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced public sector environment. This role involves both front and back-office responsibilities, requiring excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting service users and maintaining accurate documentation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support across front and back-office functions.
    • Maintain accurate data entry and manage documentation effectively.
    • Support daily office operations, including filing, scheduling photocopying, scanning, and mail handling.
    • Liaise with internal teams and departments to ensure smooth communication.
    • Handle enquiries and provide administrative assistance to staff and management.
    • Assist with report preparation and record maintenance including meeting minute taking.

    Key Requirements

    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Comfortable working within GDPR guidelines and managing confidential information.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English.
    • Previous administrative experience preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
