Client Services Manager

    Salary: €70k – €90k


    Reporting to the Client Services Team Manager, you will manage multiple Tier 1 clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with agreements for Transfer Agency.

    The department provides fund administration services to various fund managers, covering shareholder servicing such as dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions, and statements.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily delivery of TA services for assigned clients
    • Coordinate with operations teams to meet all deadlines and reporting requirements
    • Maintain agreed service levels and ensure accurate, timely information delivery
    • Provide input into new TA products and client agreements
    • Lead or participate in client due diligence visits
    • Review and approve monthly KPI and reporting packs
    • Manage incident reports and maintain incident logs
    • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance
    • Resolve client issues in collaboration with internal teams and escalate when needed
    • Suggest improvements for efficiency, client experience, and cost reduction
    • Lead projects for key clients and support client onboarding (take-on process)
    • Conduct testing of client-specific reporting
    • Support staff development, teamwork, and communication (though primarily an individual contributor role)

    Skills & Experience

    • Background in financial services or banking, ideally in a client-focused role
    • Transfer Agency operations experience is an advantage
    • Strong client relationship management skills
    • Experience with people or change management (desirable)
    • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines
    • Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills
    • Flexible and proactive approach
