My client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and coordinate the smooth running of their offices in Dublin City Centre. This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing facilities operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the building and facilities services
- Oversee maintenance, security, and health & safety compliance
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of services
- Develop and implement facilities policies and procedures
- Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control for facilities-related expenditure
- Respond to and resolve facilities-related issues quickly and effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a facilities management role
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
