Facilities Manager

    Salary: €40k – €50k

    My client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and coordinate the smooth running of their offices in Dublin City Centre. This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing facilities operations in a dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the building and facilities services
    • Oversee maintenance, security, and health & safety compliance
    • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of services
    • Develop and implement facilities policies and procedures
    • Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control for facilities-related expenditure
    • Respond to and resolve facilities-related issues quickly and effectively

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a facilities management role
    • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance requirements
    • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships
    • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
