Responsibilities
- Own and lead the global monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across all entities.
- Lead the preparation of consolidated group financial statements and compliance reporting.
- Manage and coordinate external financial and tax audits across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing implementation, and global accounting policies.
- Drive ERP improvements focused on financial controls, month-end automation, and audit readiness, in coordination with Finance Ops.
- Lead the accounting and reporting team across global entities. Ensure clarity of responsibilities between FP&A and Operational Finance teams.
The successful candidate must have:
- An Accounting qualification – ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Consolidation experience required
- Proven experience managing international audits and tax compliance.
- Statutory reporting in a SaaS or technology company is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred.
