Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum third-level diploma or degree in an IT-related discipline
- 1-2 years’ experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar technical support environment
- Working knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft365 and network monitoring tools
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated responsiveness, accountability, and follow-through on assigned tasks
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation in all interactions
Desirable Skills and Experience
Interest in cloud technologies, with progression towards AWS and or Microsoft certification
Experience in endpoint protection, backup monitoring, patch management, and firewall administration
Exposure to disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity practices (e.g., penetration testing, awareness training)
Ability to document and enhance IT processes and contribute to internal knowledge base
