Office Administrator

    Salary: €30k – €40k

    About the Role:
    This is an administration role supporting both the sales and logistics functions in a fast-paced, high-traffic office. You’ll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring the smooth processing of orders and contributing to excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and logistics departments
    • Process sales orders, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and invoices with accuracy
    • Update internal databases and maintain detailed records
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer queries in a professional manner
    • Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate collections and deliveries
    • Welcome visitors to the office and support cross-departmental communication
    • Assist with stock checks and internal reporting when needed

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Minimum 2 years of administration experience, preferably in logistics, transport, or a sales-related environment
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills and a confident, people-focused approach
    • Comfortable working in a busy office setting
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems

    Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
