My client is a global brand that requires an Operations Process Specialist for a 12-month FTC. You must be from a financial services background and be able to drive process change, optimisation, and automation within Operations to strengthen efficiency, compliance, and customer service. This role will play a key part in delivering operational excellence across lending and financial services products, ensuring processes meet both business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of Operations to create and deliver a change and process roadmap aligned with business strategy and regulatory standards.
- Lead transformation of systems and processes across financial services products (loans, leasing, retail, wholesale).
- Deliver operational efficiency and productivity improvements that enhance service delivery and reduce risk.
- Oversee user acceptance testing for all system changes impacting Operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer impact assessment.
- Act as subject matter expert for Operations in financial services projects, providing deep process and controls knowledge.
- Implement process improvements with measurable benefits in customer experience, cost reduction, and compliance.
- Carry out post-implementation reviews to ensure delivery against objectives and regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Project, Product, Risk, Compliance, IT) to ensure operational changes are controlled, compliant, and well-integrated.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date operational procedures in line with regulatory and business changes.
- Support training and knowledge transfer within Operations to embed process and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Qualification in Business Analysis, Change Management, or Project Management is preferred.
- Strong background in operational change management within financial services.
- Experience working on large-scale transformation, systems change, or regulatory-driven initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage change programmes and deliver measurable business outcomes.
