This is a 12 month contract (potential for extension), hybrid working, ideally 2-3 days onsite per week in Cork.
Our client is looking for a Product Manager to own and optimize their renewals product. You’ll focus on customer journeys and funnels, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and create seamless product experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the renewal product roadmap and prioritization.
- Analyze funnels and customer journeys to improve performance.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver enhancements.
- Use data and insights to shape decisions and measure impact.
- Drive a customer-first approach across the product.
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager.
- Strong background in ecommerce product management.
- Proven ability to optimize funnels, conversions, and digital journeys.
- Data-driven with experience using analytics tools.
- Strong communicator and collaborator.
