Salary: €400 – €450 pd
This role requires excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a solid understanding of existing systems and business processes. Work closely with product and service management to conduct requirements analysis and define high-level design and solutions.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams on story grooming, acceptance criteria development, and estimating to define scope and release plans. Ensure features are properly pipelined to optimise sprint efficiency.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritising and sequencing features based on business value, and making trade-offs as needed.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and build productive relationships across the enterprise. Coordinate usability and user experience testing throughout the release cycle.
- Work with the team to groom stories and manage production bugs in accordance with SLAs. Review and agree on solution fitness with Product Managers.
Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- Minimum of five years of experience in a Product Owner role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Skilled in agile requirements elicitation and management with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage user expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly prioritise tasks.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience working on AI-enabled products.
Desirable
- Experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience delivering applications aimed at mobile users
