We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery and implementations across multiple clients. You’ll manage a team of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently, on time, and with exceptional client outcomes.
You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery programs, establish scalable frameworks, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align strategy, resources, and execution. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple client implementation programs from planning to post go-live.
- Lead and develop a high-performing delivery team.
- Define and maintain delivery frameworks, governance, and best practices.
- Manage program budgets, resources, risks, and timelines.
- Act as the senior escalation point for delivery and client issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SaaS deployment and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years’ experience in program/project management in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP/Agile certification desirable.
