We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of medium-to-high complexity projects and programs. This role will focus on simplifying, automating, and re-engineering processes to eliminate inefficiencies, accelerate delivery, and ensure alignment with the Bank’s strategic priorities.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of change management initiatives, drive process improvement rollout plans, and educate stakeholders to ensure adoption across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs, leveraging deep domain expertise and established senior stakeholder relationships.
- Drive process simplification, automation, and re-engineering to improve execution efficiency and governance.
- Set the strategy for capability development that enables measurable business value; articulate holistic benefits, risks, and investment impacts.
- Influence and align cross-functional partners on solutions while ensuring transparency, accurate reporting, and timely escalation of risks/issues.
- Represent the business or lead multiple workstreams within large-scale programs, ensuring delivery within strategic objectives and risk appetite.
- Champion transformational change, inspire teams, and introduce new methods to achieve business outcomes.
- Maintain focus, productivity, and resilience in the face of ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-pressure demands.
