- Salary: €37,500
- Holidays: 20 days AL + 2 full weeks paid over Christmas

About the Role
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and callers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the front desk and supporting the wider office with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and managing the front desk in a professional manner
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and queries
- Managing post, deliveries, and courier collections
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared
- General administration: filing, data entry, document prep
- Monitoring office supplies and liaising with suppliers
- Providing ad hoc support to internal teams
About You
- Previous reception/front-of-house experience (3 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Confident with MS Office and general admin systems
- Professional, personable, and reliable
- Enjoys working onsite and being part of a team
