    A friendly, professional and well-organised Receptionist is required to join our team in Terenure on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of an organisation and thrives in a busy, people-focused environment.

    What’s on Offer

    • Salary: €37,500
    • Holidays: 20 days AL + 2 full weeks paid over Christmas
    • Location: Fully onsite in Terenure

    About the Role

    As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and callers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the front desk and supporting the wider office with day-to-day administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greeting visitors and managing the front desk in a professional manner
    • Handling incoming calls, emails, and queries
    • Managing post, deliveries, and courier collections
    • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared
    • General administration: filing, data entry, document prep
    • Monitoring office supplies and liaising with suppliers
    • Providing ad hoc support to internal teams

    About You

    • Previous reception/front-of-house experience (3 years preferred)
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
    • Confident with MS Office and general admin systems
    • Professional, personable, and reliable
    • Enjoys working onsite and being part of a team
