As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

    The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and timely dispatch of goods across multiple markets. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong knowledge of logistics processes and SAP. The successful candidate will manage the shipping function, liaise with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with international transport regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage the weekly shipping plan, ensuring the right resources are in place.
    • Mentor, coach, and develop the shipping team to maintain high performance and technical proficiency.
    • Build and maintain strong expertise in SAP Warehouse, Inventory Management, and Shipping modules.
    • Work closely with Logistics, Production, Planning, Finance, QA, as well as international transport teams in Europe, China, and the USA.
    • Prepare daily and weekly shipments of finished goods, ensuring all documentation (DG and non-DG) is complete and accurate.
    • Manage shipments to 3rd party manufacturers, external test facilities, and Pleasant Grove (USA) while ensuring inventory integrity.
    • Hold IMDG Air and Ocean certification and ensure full compliance with shipping regulations.
    • Participate in daily and weekly operations planning meetings and customer shipping reviews.
    • Ensure accuracy in paperwork and implement best-practice packing methodologies.
    • Investigate and resolve inventory transaction errors promptly.
    • Report weekly on shipping activities, including movements, cycle counts, and inventory value.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement process improvements.
    • Manage the performance, objectives, and career development of direct reports where applicable.

    Candidate Profile

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain at a team-lead or coordinator level.
    • Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing (desirable).
    • Strong SAP experience, ideally in Warehouse, Inventory Management, and Shipping modules.
    • IMDG Air and Ocean certification.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies.
    • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Experience in a fast-paced, international distribution environment is highly advantageous.
