A great opportunity has become available for a professional and service-oriented individual to join a fast-paced team as a Client Services Executive. This role involves direct communication with clients to resolve queries, provide information, and ensure a high standard of service is consistently delivered. You will also be responsible for handling a varied workload and contributing to the overall success of the client services function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client queries across various channels, including email and phone, covering a broad range of service-related topics.
- Maintain service standards by:
- Responding to all written communications within 24 hours.
- Achieving a target call abandon rate of no more than 2%.
- Effectively manage and prioritise daily workload alongside ad hoc tasks and individual case follow-ups.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and processes to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
- Liaise with internal teams as needed to coordinate responses and support issue resolution.
- Deliver a positive customer experience to promote satisfaction and client loyalty.
- Remain organised and focused while working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing or client service role, ideally with administrative responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a call centre or contact centre environment is an advantage.
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Flexibility to work within a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Valid EU work permit with full-time availability throughout the year.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
