You will guide the transition toward modern, modular, and reusable architectures; build and lead a high-performing architecture practice; and translate strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap. Responsibilities:
- Set the enterprise architecture strategy and long-term roadmap.
- Ensure technology investments align with business priorities and future needs.
- Lead architecture governance, standards, and principles across the organisation.
- Build and mentor an Enterprise Architecture practice and community.
- Drive simplification, reduce duplication, and improve architectural coherence.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and innovation.
- Deliver high-quality solution architecture guidance with a focus on modularity and reuse.
- Engage senior stakeholders to shape decisions and align on strategic outcomes.

What You’ll Bring
Essential:
- 15+ years’ broad IT experience across architecture, development, delivery, or support.
- Experience leading major transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of business, data, application, and integration architecture.
- Architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with practical delivery needs.
Desirable:
- Experience managing architecture or technical teams.
- Knowledge of information security architecture.
- Capability mapping and operating model experience.
- ITIL or Lean Six Sigma certification.
