My client is seeking a Front of House / Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic where you will manage front-of-house operations, coordinate appointment systems, support clinical staff and maintain the highest standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact, projecting a positive and welcoming image of the clinic
- Manage reception operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day function
- Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
- Operate the appointments and payments system, including daily reconciliations
- Liaise effectively with the Cork-based Optima Clinic as required
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including filing and data management
- Support clinical staff with scheduling, patient information and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations
- Maintain a tidy, professional and welcoming reception and client area
- Oversee cash management, stock control and supplies

You will have:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar front-of-house or healthcare administration role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional, dependable and polished presentation
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy clinical environment
- A strong work ethic and flexible, team-oriented mindset
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent written and spoken English
